Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the booked service will be incurred if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Failing to show up for a booked appointment, with no notice, will incur a fee of 100% of the cost of the booked service.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to charging these fees, with consideration of personal circumstances.
